Beth is pleased to being offering the Orton-Gillingham program for students who are struggling with reading and writing. Orton-Gillingham programs are multi-sensory, highly structured, sequential, phonics-based programs initially developed to teach children who were struggling to learn how to read. This well respected tutoring program addresses reading, writing and spelling of both phonetically regular and high frequency words.
Tutoring is available for $20/half hour or $30/hour.
Beth offers both after school tutoring as well as daytime tutoring for homeschoolers.
Beth is an Ontario Certified Teacher with many years of teaching, tutoring and homeschooling experience, and has Additional Qualifications in Senior English and Special Education.
